As our organization has grown, our board recognized the need to step back and ensure our operations evolve with the needs of the children we serve.
To support this effort, we engaged “unspoken margin”, led by Ashley Kaplan and Brittany Choate, to facilitate a half-day strategic planning session. The session gave us space to assess our current programs and align priorities for the future.
As a result, the board unanimously voted to hire a contract consultant to help guide our organization through this next phase of growth.
